Refund policy

Thank you for choosing TUPLUS for your suitcase needs.

 

We take pride in offering a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Our suitcase 30-day return policy grants you ample time to request a return from the day you receive your item.

 

In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item remains in its original, pristine condition, unworn or unused, complete with all attached tags, and packaged as it was upon delivery. Additionally, we kindly request that you provide proof of purchase or the receipt to facilitate the process.

 

If the return is necessitated by our error, such as dispatching an incorrect item or a defect in the product, TUPLUS will bear all associated shipping costs for the return and replacement of the item. In such instances, please contact us with your shipping details for reimbursement immediately after dispatching the product.

 

For returns prompted by personal preference, including changes of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item. If the return of a bag is requested and the reason is not related to the product quality of the bag itself, the customer shall bear the shipping costs for the return.

 

To Initiate a Return:

-   Begin the return process by clicking here to fill in the request form. Please specify your reason for returning the product.

-   We will process your return request within 3 working days and reach out to you via the email address provided in the form.

-   Upon approval, we will send you the specific address for shipping back the product.

 

Important: Please DO NOT send the product back to the address listed on your original order!

-   After shipping the product, promptly inform us of the shipping details by emailing support@tuplus.com. If TUPLUS is responsible for the shipping costs, please include proof of the shipping fee. We will reimburse the amount to your account within 3-5 working days.

-   Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 working days.

 

Damages and Issues:

We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If, regrettably, you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us without delay. Our team will swiftly assess the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges:

To expedite your quest for exchange, we suggest you initiate a return for the current item in your possession. Once your return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. This method ensures you get exactly what you desire without unnecessary delays.

 

Refunds:

We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for a refund. Rest assured, we will keep you informed once we've received and examined your return. Upon approval of the return, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Should 15 business days pass since we approved your return without any refund, kindly get in touch with us at support@tuplus.com.
