Yes, our TUPLUS suitcases come with a 5 Year Global Warranty. If you encounter any problems with your TUPLUS product due to manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, it can be covered by our warranty under normal conditions from the date of purchase. How do I make a warranty claim?
If you purchase TUPLUS products on our official website (www.tuplus.com), our warranty service will be automatically activated. The 5-year free warranty starts from the date of your product purchase. If you have purchased TUPLUS products through other channels, please refer to the terms and conditions of those respective channels.
